These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Testure, including the website hosted at neet.testure.in and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Testure is operated by an individual developer ("I", "me", "the operator") and is not currently registered as a company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Testure is a NEET exam preparation tool that helps students track topic-level understanding across the syllabus, study using flashcards, and access a marketplace of study notes. Testure is a study aid only. It does not guarantee any exam result, rank, or outcome, and is not affiliated with NTA or any official NEET examination body.
Testure is intended for students preparing for NEET. If you are under the age of 18, you should use Testure with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, particularly when making any payment.
Testure offers the following plans:
Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Cashfree). I do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by the payment processor.
At the end of your free trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. If payment is not made or fails, your account may move into a grace period and then be restricted to free/limited features, as described in-app.
Please see the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed, since the 7-day free trial is provided specifically so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
You agree not to:
All syllabus structuring, flashcards, marketplace notes, branding, and underlying software on Testure are curated and/or owned by the operator, unless otherwise stated. You may use this content for your personal exam preparation only. You may not copy, resell, publicly republish, or commercially redistribute any content from the Service without prior written permission.
The NEET syllabus itself is based on publicly available official curricula and is referenced for educational purposes; Testure does not claim ownership over the underlying syllabus topics themselves, only its own organization, structuring, and presentation of them.
Testure is an independent, student-built tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NTA (National Testing Agency), any government body, or any coaching institute. Content is provided for self-study support and may contain occasional errors. You should cross-verify critical information (such as syllabus changes or exam dates) with official sources.
Testure is provided on an "as available" basis. As a solo-developed product, occasional downtime, bugs, or interruptions may occur. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the Service running reliably and to back up data, I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and am not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of study data, loss of access, or exam outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel any active subscription before the next renewal.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to misuse the Service. Accounts that remain unpaid past the grace period may be restricted or removed in line with the in-app account lifecycle policy.
These Terms may be updated from time to time as Testure evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
